Please read these terms carefully before booking a lesson.
About Us
Learn Safe Driving is the trading name of Learn Safe Driving Ltd. All driving tuition is provided directly by our qualified instructor.
Learner Driver — Terms and Conditions
In order to have driving lessons you must: be aged 17 or older (16 or over if disabled), hold a driving licence valid for the UK (provisional, full or appropriate foreign licence). It is your responsibility to provide proof of a valid licence before your first lesson. Failure to do so may result in the lesson being refused but still charged.
Paying for Lessons
Lessons can be paid for by credit or debit card online via our booking system. All payments are processed securely.
Cancellation Policy
You must give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or rearrange a booked lesson. Failure to do so may result in the full lesson fee being charged.
Refund Policy
If you decide you no longer wish to continue lessons, we will refund any unused prepaid lessons. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Prepaid lessons must be used within 6 months of purchase.
Introductory Offers
Introductory offers are only available to new customers and only one introductory offer is allowed per customer. Learn Safe Driving reserves the right to remove or amend any introductory offers at any time.
Liability
Learn Safe Driving is not liable for any loss or damage where there is no breach of legal duty, where loss is not a foreseeable result of such breach, or where loss results from circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Use of Personal Data
Personal data you provide may be used to: identify you, administer your account and bookings, prevent fraud, carry out marketing analysis, and contact you about our services. We may monitor communications for quality and legal compliance purposes. We will never sell your data to third parties.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
